If you have a family of 4 or more, or you just really love your grass fed beef – the family hamper is for you! Offering the complete selection of cuts, so you can enjoy a wonderful array of nourishing and enticing meals.  This easily fits in an upright or small chest freezer.

  • For those with moderate freezer space – 56 litres (…think two hamper boxes full of beef)

* As a guide, your hamper includes:

  • 2 Eye fillet steaks
  • 4 Scotch fillet steaks
  • 4 Sirloin steaks
  • 4 T-bone steaks
  • 6 Rump steaks
  • 4 Round steaks
  • 6 Topside steaks, ideal for stir-fries, minute steaks or casseroles
  • 8 Blade steaks, ideal for grilling, stir-fries or casseroles
  • 1 Blade roast- for oven roasting
  • 1 Roast Silverside (no preservatives) – great for a pot roast or for oven roasting. Also great for cold lunch meat.
  • 1 extra Blade or Silverside Roast
  • 9 Beef Short-ribs – for slow cooking, roasting and BBQing.
  • 8 Osso Bucco pieces for a hearty casserole
  • 6 packs (approx. 750g ea) of pre-diced, collagen rich beef for hearty casseroles
  • 8 packs of 9 Sausages – choose from Standard (gluten & preservative free), OR Paleo, which are also flour free.
  • 8 packs (750g ea) of Premium mince

* There may be a little variation in hamper weights & contents – we try to get it as close to the weight and listed contents as possible, however considering there is variation of size and yield from one cow to another, sometimes we have to adjust things just a little!

    How is our grass fed beef and lamb packed?

    • You’ll receive your order portioned and vacuum sealed – no leaks, no mess, no fuss – ready to pop straight in the freezer!
    • Each pack is clearly labelled – with the cut, the weight and the fresh & frozen best before dates.
    • Your hamper is delivered to you refrigerated in a sealed recyclable box.
    • You also have the option to add grass fed beef bones and/or offal to your hamper order, when available! Bones are $6 per kilogram, 2kg minimum (6-8 bones).

    Delivery Details, Payments & other FAQ

    Placing an order is a commitment to purchase, so please be absolutely sure prior to ordering. We are a family owned farm (not a factory farm) and we have our artisan grass fed beef and lamb hampers processed and packed usually once a month, sometimes it is a while longer until the animals are finished to where we know you will love it. You can order at any time… it just may then be a few weeks or could be more of anticipation until your hamper arrives. When you order, we will let you know by email the likely delivery date or if it will be longer than usual. This will give you a bit of time to clean the freezer out. We don’t ask you to pay anything until we are close to delivery. Please check your spam folder for our correspondence, including your invoice.
