Grass Fed Beef & Lamb – more energy than the Kiljoules?
There is much more to food consumption than eating something and digesting it to extract the physical constituents from it – the protein, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and more. There is more than the energy of the kilojoules provided, just energy present in a different form.
Dr Fritz-Albert Popp was a scientist who experimented with light in the body, proving via scientific experimentation that we humans emit a light source not visible to the human eye, but none-the-less measurable. On being able to measure these light waves, or biophotons, emitted by living cells he was able to see that the light emitted by humans varied depending on their level of health. There was greater coherence in the way the photons acted in healthy people. This coherence acted as a means of communication within the body, proving that the body functions in ways other than those more familiar to us like biochemical pathways of hormones and enzymes.
He went on to compare the light waves emitted by different food stuffs. Free range eggs were compared to eggs from battery hens, with more coherence in the light emitted from the free-range eggs. Healthier foods had the most coherent intensity of light and junk food was nearly totally devoid of biophoton emissions. Further experimentation had Popp conclude that we take in the physical elements from the food we eat, but also the biophotons, which are distributed throughout the body, becoming the driving force and signalling system for molecules of our body. Different frequencies relate to, or signal, different functions.
I can in no way tell you that the beef and lamb we produce has a healthier or more coherent emission of light waves than other food. Know however, that the idea that there is more to us as humans, our farm and the food we produce, than the physicality in front of us, is certainly something we consider and try to engage and work with to the positive as we go about our farming days. And if talk of the non-physical is enough to put your mind in a spin, you can just be comfortable knowing that our beef and lamb is always 100% chemical free and grass fed.
If you’re interested in one of our beef or lamb hampers – you can see the options here.

For those of you interested in the fascinating world that encompasses more than our physicality, the book ‘The Field’, by Lynne McTaggart is a wonderful read and where some of the above mentioned information came from.
