See you at Tamworth Farmer’s Markets this Sunday
Derek and I will have our 100% grass fed, chemical free beef at the Tamworth Farmers’ Markets in Bicentennial Park this coming Sunday – August 14th, just inside the sandstone gates.
Our beef is 100% grass fed and finished, chemical free and has all the health advantages that come with raising our cows this way. They graze contentedly on open, diverse pastures in a low stress environment. This is great for the well-being of our cows and results in the perfect grass fed beef eating experience. We invite you to love the taste difference! this Sunday evening.
We will have the following cuts and hampers available this Sunday:
- Our BEAUTIFUL STEAKS – eye, scotch, sirloin, t-bone, rump
- BONES for broths, stocks & slow cooking – for that extra nourishment
- Our PRESERVATIVE & GLUTEN FREE SAUSAGES
- Premium MINCE
- A few packs of PALEO sausages
- 1 of our WHOLESOME HAMPERS
- A couple of our CLASSIC STEAK HAMPERS – please pre-order for these! (ph Derek on 0429 674 724).
Anyone ordering one of these hampers at, or prior to the markets, will receive a bottle of our olive oil with their hamper. This is our own chemical free, unfiltered, extra virgin olive oil from the trees on our farm.
Drop in and talk with Derek and I about why our steaks are so tasty, why grass fed beef is a great health choice, the nourishing benefits of cooking with bones, why tallow is a great choice for cooking and more… Or you might just want to grab some yummy steaks and go!
Our slow cooking cuts are still going like hotcakes in our hampers (with very few available for the market), so if you would like to be assured of these particular cuts, or you just can’t make it to the markets, you will be best to order a hamper for delivery later in the month. You can see our hamper choices here (and you can order with bones for extra goodness).
